Overview
The Business Reporting is designed with you in mind. It is full of rich features enabling you to manage your business more efficiently. More importantly, the console enables you to manage all of your payment processing from one central point.
Transaction Reports
Merchants can view transactional data from within the Merchant Web Console. Advanced Search criteria such as transaction reference, merchant reference, card holder name or transaction amount can be used to locate a transaction.
Settlement Reports
Settlement Reports are used to reconcile the amount the acquirer deposited into your bank account to the transaction processed. Each acquirer has specific batch periods that do not work on a 24 hour clock.
Refunds
Refunds can be processed in part or full to a credit card from within the Merchant Web Console. Examples for reasons for refunds include no stock, goods not delivered, goods broken and double billing.
User Management
A user is someone who has access to the Merchant Web Console. Only an administrator or a user that an administrator has given user creation rights to can create a new user.
Communications
MyGate offers multiple communications channels to our customers. These channels enable real time communication, updates and transactional notifications.
